- Provide strategic guidance across multiple functional areas, applying business acumen and transformation experience to drive meaningful outcomes
- Lead operational reviews across workstreams while developing and maintaining comprehensive program scorecards that demonstrate business impact
- Strategic Program Support
- Work independently to develop comprehensive program plans while maintaining transparent communication with key stakeholders
- Proactively identify potential roadblocks, recommend practical solutions, and oversee successful implementation
- Balance strategic vision with tactical execution to ensure transformation initiatives deliver measurable value
- Develop comprehensive roadmaps for digital programs with clear goals, timelines, and deliverables
- Communicate digital strategies, goals, and performance metrics to key stakeholders, including executive leadership
- Act as a thought leader within the organization, championing the importance of a strong digital experience strategy
- Partner with senior members of the Digital Products team to develop, maintain, and implement a 1-3 year strategic goal and action plan for Digital Products
- Digital Operations
- Cascade Digital Operations priorities to team, lead planning of execution strategies, and ensure successful delivery of objectives
- Serve as key partner with Digital IT to support driving delivery management
- Agility Accelerator
- Design and implement flexible working methodologies that reduce bureaucracy and enhance organizational responsiveness
- Champion cross-functional collaboration frameworks that enable rapid decision-making and adaptive problem-solving
- Balance governance with agility to help teams quickly pivot in response to changes while maintaining operational excellence
Requirements
- 8+ years managing complex digital transformation programs
- 15+ years of experience in product, portfolio or program management
- Experience supporting maturity planning
- Outstanding relationship management and communication skills
- Self-directed performer who excels in cross-functional global teams
- Problem-solver who develops practical solutions to business challenges
- Strategic thinker who can also manage tactical details effectively
- Ability to influence at all levels with emotional intelligence and discretion
