About the role

  • Full responsibility for managing and selling our Service Provider portfolio with assigned partners
  • Prospecting, establishing, and strategically developing customer relationships
  • Identifying and developing new market segments within the Managed Service Provider (MSP) space
  • Analyzing partners' growth potential and developing and implementing strategies to realize it
  • Accountability for the revenue and profitability development of the product segment
  • Cross-selling and account penetration in line with the Arrow xSP (MSP/CSP) portfolio
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with key contacts at our vendors/manufacturers
  • Regular participation in partner events organized by Arrow or the vendor

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in a comparable role, ideally within the Managed Service Provider environment
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for sales
  • IT product and market knowledge, especially in Managed Services
  • Strong negotiation skills and assertiveness
  • Independent, self-directed, and structured work style
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Strong team player
