About the role
- Full responsibility for managing and selling our Service Provider portfolio with assigned partners
- Prospecting, establishing, and strategically developing customer relationships
- Identifying and developing new market segments within the Managed Service Provider (MSP) space
- Analyzing partners' growth potential and developing and implementing strategies to realize it
- Accountability for the revenue and profitability development of the product segment
- Cross-selling and account penetration in line with the Arrow xSP (MSP/CSP) portfolio
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with key contacts at our vendors/manufacturers
- Regular participation in partner events organized by Arrow or the vendor
Requirements
- Several years of experience in a comparable role, ideally within the Managed Service Provider environment
- Strong communication skills and a passion for sales
- IT product and market knowledge, especially in Managed Services
- Strong negotiation skills and assertiveness
- Independent, self-directed, and structured work style
- Good written and spoken English
- Strong team player
