  • Support EMEA Subsidiaries in building and executing their Equinix plans.
  • Drive awareness and enablement across field and partner teams.
  • Shape opportunities and co-sell with local teams and Equinix field sellers.
  • Actively engage with stakeholders across global, EMEA, and local teams.
  • Share best practices and support consistent execution across countries.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in business development, partner management, or cloud/infra sales.
  • Strong influencing skills; able to educate and motivate teams.
  • Highly collaborative sales mindset; thrives in matrix environments.
  • Ability to translate infra/cloud value propositions into clear customer narratives.
  • High energy, proactive, and comfortable acting as a regional “dynamo.”
  • Willingness to travel across EMEA to work closely with local teams through on-site enablement, planning, and customer engagement.
  • Fluent English is required; additional European languages are a strong plus.
