About the role
- Partner Engagement & Requirement Gathering: Work directly with B2B partners and A2A business stakeholders to understand business processes and pain points
- Solution Design & Configuration: Map Partners requirements for product capabilities and design end-to-end technical solutions
- Technical Implementation Support: Coordinate with development teams for enhancements or customizations
- Pre-Sales & Solution Consulting: Support sales teams with technical demos and product walkthroughs
- Stakeholder Management: Act as liaison between client business teams and internal technical teams
- Data & Reporting: Analyze business data and generate insights
- Post-Implementation Support: Provide go-live support and conduct user training sessions
Requirements
- Strong understanding of Middleware concepts (or ability to bridge business needs to technical architecture)
- Experience working in a functional/BA role within integration projects
- Proven ability to gather and document functional and non-functional requirements
- Familiarity with EDI, XML, XSLT, WSDL, SOAP, REST APIs, etc., from a functional perspective
- Experience in process mapping and using tools like Visio or Lucidchart
- Basic knowledge of SQL for querying and understanding data flows (optional but preferred)
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
