About the role
- Oversee the IMMEX program, ensuring compliance with all relevant Mexican regulations and company policies.
- Develop and implement strategies for managing expired and expiring inventory within the IMMEX program.
- Propose and implement risk mitigation strategies for the IMMEX program, in compliance with Mexican general foreign trade rules.
- Conduct workload analysis and identify areas where processes can be simplified or automated to reduce manual workload.
- Work closely with the parent business units and various departments, including supply chain, logistics, and compliance.
- Ensure that all IMMEX-related activities are in compliance with internal and external audit requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.
- 10–15 years of experience in supply chain/logistics/trade operations with a strong focus on IMMEX operations/compliance.
- Demonstrated experience leading teams and driving compliance programs through audit and regulatory scrutiny.
- Proven ability to translate regulations into scalable SOPs, controls, and operational routines.
- English proficiency; capable of holding business level conversations.
