About the role
- Develop and implement a strategic business plan to grow Everpure sales and expand market presence in Poland.
- Define target markets, growth areas, and new customer opportunities aligned with Everpure’s roadmap (Flash arrays, data services, subscription models, analytics platforms).
- Conduct competitive and market analysis (Dell, HPE, NetApp, IBM) to ensure optimal positioning of the portfolio.
- Prepare and present internal quarterly business reviews (iQBR) with KPIs, pipeline status, and growth plans.
- Serve as the primary liaison for Everpure in Poland.
- Lead QBRs with Everpure and major channel partners, unlocking new opportunities for joint growth.
- Manage vendor programs, incentives, MDF budgets, sales promotions and joint GTM activities.
- Advocate and promote Arrow’s value‑added services, supply chain excellence, and lifecycle offerings.
- Support sales teams and partners by providing commercial and product expertise for Everpure solutions.
- Prepare quotations, pricing configurations, business cases and competitive positioning strategies.
- Conduct presentations, workshops, training sessions and partner enablement initiatives.
- Support opportunity qualification, deal shaping and negotiation processes.
- Manage the Everpure portfolio including pricing, margin performance, forecasts, and profitability (P&L ownership).
- Oversee inventory planning and coordination with the vendor to ensure optimal supply chain efficiency.
- Ensure accurate forecasting and data management in Salesforce.com, Oracle, and internal Arrow tools.
- Execute marketing activities and MDF budgets to support pipeline generation and portfolio growth.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in product management, vendor management, presales or business development within the IT industry (data center, infrastructure, storage, cloud, or distribution preferred).
- Strong relationship‑building skills and experience working with global vendors and channel partners.
- Solid understanding of enterprise IT technologies — especially data center infrastructure, storage, data management and cloud architecture.
- Additional asset: knowledge of enterprise storage systems (flash arrays, SAN/NAS, SDS) and storage vendors such as Everpure, Dell, HPE, NetApp, IBM.
- Excellent communication, analytical and presentation skills.
- Fluency in Polish and English at a minimum B2 level (required for daily communication with Everpure and internal Arrow teams).
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; Power BI is an advantage.
- Experience with Salesforce.com, Oracle or similar CRM/ERP systems is preferred.
