About the role

  • Develop, manage, and cultivate relationships between Arrow Intelligent Solutions (AIS) and prospective customers
  • Identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products, and services
  • Build and maintain a sales funnel using SFDC as the CRM tool
  • Ensure execution of sales growth plans
  • Drive results by identifying demand and creating demand-generation opportunities
  • Plan and oversee new business initiatives
  • Research organizations and key stakeholders to uncover new opportunities
  • Expand into new markets and improve sales by leveraging Arrow’s portfolio of integration services
  • Represent the company at conferences, meetings, and industry events
  • Prepare quotes and proposals for clients

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a sales or business development role within a relevant sector
  • Previous experience working for a technology vendor or OEM partner is preferred
  • Ability to build and develop strategic business relationships
  • Experience engaging with C-level and other key stakeholders from SMB and enterprise accounts
  • Strong market knowledge and understanding of the value an OEM partner brings to the channel
  • Effective communication skills across all organizational levels
  • Strong collaboration skills when working with virtual teams and external partners
  • Fluency in German and English
