About the role
- Nurture and secure new business opportunities in designated territories.
- Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling with current partner accounts to maximize revenue.
- Find and recruit new customers and partners to grow the business.
- Focus on customer renewals and contract extensions while maintaining strong relationships among stakeholders and client organizations.
- Identify sales scenarios and opportunities to develop business to meet and exceed targets.
- Gain a high-level profile and trust within the partner base.
- This job profile requires the assignment and participation in a sales compensation plan.
Requirements
- Experience in a similar position within software solutions sales, partner organization, or IT channel sales.
- Familiarity with Cloud Software Group, Citrix, and/or competitors preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills (hunting and farming) and capacity to upsell & cross-sell.
- Ability to build and develop strategic business relationships with clients and partners.
- Self-motivated with a hardworking and constant proactive approach.
- Must be US citizens due to contractual requirements with the federal government.
