About the role

  • Nurture and secure new business opportunities in designated territories.
  • Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling with current partner accounts to maximize revenue.
  • Find and recruit new customers and partners to grow the business.
  • Focus on customer renewals and contract extensions while maintaining strong relationships among stakeholders and client organizations.
  • Identify sales scenarios and opportunities to develop business to meet and exceed targets.
  • Gain a high-level profile and trust within the partner base.
  • This job profile requires the assignment and participation in a sales compensation plan.

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar position within software solutions sales, partner organization, or IT channel sales.
  • Familiarity with Cloud Software Group, Citrix, and/or competitors preferred.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills (hunting and farming) and capacity to upsell & cross-sell.
  • Ability to build and develop strategic business relationships with clients and partners.
  • Self-motivated with a hardworking and constant proactive approach.
  • Must be US citizens due to contractual requirements with the federal government.
