About the role

  • Arrow Electronics is a global provider of products, services, and solutions to industrial and commercial users of electronic components and enterprise computing solutions.
  • Own the agency-wide resource planning process across account management, events, design, data, campaigns and SDR teams.
  • Maintain and optimize the master schedule of all live and upcoming projects.
  • Collaborate with Department Leads, Client Leads and Account Managers to forecast resource needs and resolve resourcing conflicts.
  • Lead weekly resourcing meetings and provide visibility on team capacity, utilization and project status.
  • Ensure that the team and resources are effectively utilized and wastage is minimized.
  • Contribute information for reporting on project budgets, actuals, and profitability.
  • Support monthly revenue recognition by reporting on project progress and deliverables completed.
  • Produce monthly reports on project performance, resource utilization, and revenue drawdown.
  • Analyze conversion rates across projects and identify where resource allocation may be inefficient.
  • Provide insights to the sales and leadership teams to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements

  • 3 years in traffic management, resource planning, or operations role within a marketing or events agency.
  • Experience within Marketing
  • Proven ability to utilize project management / resource planning tools to track project progress, deliverables, and financial metrics.
  • Strong understanding of project workflows across content and events.
  • Financial acumen and experience with budget tracking, reconciliation, and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable chasing stakeholders and holding teams accountable for deadlines and data.
  • Advanced English skills.
  • (Optional) Knowledge/experience with Workfront.
