About the role
- Arrow Electronics is a global provider of products, services, and solutions to industrial and commercial users of electronic components and enterprise computing solutions.
- Own the agency-wide resource planning process across account management, events, design, data, campaigns and SDR teams.
- Maintain and optimize the master schedule of all live and upcoming projects.
- Collaborate with Department Leads, Client Leads and Account Managers to forecast resource needs and resolve resourcing conflicts.
- Lead weekly resourcing meetings and provide visibility on team capacity, utilization and project status.
- Ensure that the team and resources are effectively utilized and wastage is minimized.
- Contribute information for reporting on project budgets, actuals, and profitability.
- Support monthly revenue recognition by reporting on project progress and deliverables completed.
- Produce monthly reports on project performance, resource utilization, and revenue drawdown.
- Analyze conversion rates across projects and identify where resource allocation may be inefficient.
- Provide insights to the sales and leadership teams to support strategic decision-making.
Requirements
- 3 years in traffic management, resource planning, or operations role within a marketing or events agency.
- Experience within Marketing
- Proven ability to utilize project management / resource planning tools to track project progress, deliverables, and financial metrics.
- Strong understanding of project workflows across content and events.
- Financial acumen and experience with budget tracking, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable chasing stakeholders and holding teams accountable for deadlines and data.
- Advanced English skills.
- (Optional) Knowledge/experience with Workfront.
