About the role
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, partners, and internal teams
- Support partners in selecting the right Dell products
- Prepare and execute sales and marketing plans
- Plan and organize marketing activities for business partners
- Track sales performance and assist with product-related processes
- Prepare pricing offers and deliver product presentations
- Manage tasks related to vendor programs and partner initiatives
- Stay informed about IT market trends and competitor activities
Requirements
- Experience in B2B sales or partner/channel management (experience in IT distribution is a plus)
- Knowledge of the Polish IT market and local channel landscape
- Fluent in Polish and English (B2/C1 level)
- Confident use of Excel and PowerPoint; experience with CRM tools is beneficial
- Experience working with vendor programs or partner incentives is a plus
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and follow through
