About the role

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, partners, and internal teams
  • Support partners in selecting the right Dell products
  • Prepare and execute sales and marketing plans
  • Plan and organize marketing activities for business partners
  • Track sales performance and assist with product-related processes
  • Prepare pricing offers and deliver product presentations
  • Manage tasks related to vendor programs and partner initiatives
  • Stay informed about IT market trends and competitor activities

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B sales or partner/channel management (experience in IT distribution is a plus)
  • Knowledge of the Polish IT market and local channel landscape
  • Fluent in Polish and English (B2/C1 level)
  • Confident use of Excel and PowerPoint; experience with CRM tools is beneficial
  • Experience working with vendor programs or partner incentives is a plus
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and follow through
