Building & Maintaining: Develop and "fine-tune" AI agents, copilots, and subject-matter expert agents.
Cross-Functional Innovation: Partner with teams to identify and prioritize high-impact automation.
Enablement: Develop reusable agent frameworks, templates, and prompt standards.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of high proficiency with Python, JSON, and JavaScript
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate, Copilot, and agent-enabling platforms
Deep expertise in APIs and Webhooks
Proficiency in HTML & CSS for email optimization
Experience managing databases like SQL or Firebase
Experience with Marketo and/or Tealium is a significant advantage
Strong grasp of Large Language Models (LLMs) and emerging agentic design patterns.
