About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Proactively reach out to members via outbound calls to introduce them to exciting travel products and services.
  • Use your natural persuasion skills and our proven sales process to connect with customers, navigate objections, and close deals.
  • Act as a consultant for our members, helping them discover the perfect hotels, cruises, and resorts.
  • Take ownership of your daily activity to consistently meet and smash your monthly sales goals.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of sales experience, ideally within the travel industry or high-energy outbound call centers.
  • High-level fluency in both English and Spanish is essential for communicating with our diverse membership.
  • A pride-driven personality with the work ethic to stay focused and motivated in a fast-paced environment.
  • The ability to maintain a professional, quiet work environment while working from home.
