About the role
- Focus on driving revenue growth and increasing market presence
- Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation to closing
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Present and demonstrate our products and services
- Support the implementation phase and identify upsell opportunities
- Use modern CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and document sales activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or similar)
- Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in sales or account management
- Deep understanding of payment solutions and related technologies
- Experience with P&D systems (Pay & Display) or mobile apps is a strong plus
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a proven track record of meeting revenue targets
- Clear, persuasive, and audience-appropriate communication — both verbal and written
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently
- Regular use of CRM tools (Salesforce) and Google Workspace
- Fluent German (C2) and good English skills (B2/C1)
