About the role

  • Focus on driving revenue growth and increasing market presence
  • Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation to closing
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers and ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Present and demonstrate our products and services
  • Support the implementation phase and identify upsell opportunities
  • Use modern CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and document sales activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or similar)
  • Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in sales or account management
  • Deep understanding of payment solutions and related technologies
  • Experience with P&D systems (Pay & Display) or mobile apps is a strong plus
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a proven track record of meeting revenue targets
  • Clear, persuasive, and audience-appropriate communication — both verbal and written
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Regular use of CRM tools (Salesforce) and Google Workspace
  • Fluent German (C2) and good English skills (B2/C1)
