About the role
- Lead strategy and execution of the annual President’s Club, including vendor selection, logistics, attendee communications, and full budget ownership.
- Deliver a high-impact, memorable experience that drives retention, builds internal buzz and program value.
- Optimize the Manager Engagement Program to maximize budget utilization and simplify backend systems.
- Partner with other marketing stakeholders to deploy automated and manual communications that drive participation, recognize top managers, and share best practices.
- Partner with Facilities, HR, Sales, and the Experience team on all in-office events and culture programs.
- Lead strategy and execution for anniversary celebrations and the companywide holiday party, owning logistics, budget, and communications.
- Oversee experiential elements of key sales contests (Fantasy Freight, March Madness), incorporating tailgates, merch, and other engagement elements.
- Build and execute a scalable events program with a 7 figure budget, informed by ROI data and revenue opportunity.
- Lead planning and execution of annual Shipper and Carrier Pursuit events, showcasing Arrive’s capabilities and maximizing guest value and ROI.
- Execute the annual conference and sponsorship strategy, ensuring strategic attendance, sponsorship investment, and scalable pre/during/post-conference systems.
- Manage and mentor a team of Event and Engagement Specialists and leaders.
- Establish processes and best practices that improve efficiency, quality, and consistency across all programs.
- Audit and refine Arrive Apparel branding, merchandising, and procurement strategy.
- Drive high inventory turnover and develop a companywide swag style guide to standardize quality and brand consistency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 7+ years of corporate event and engagement experience
- Proven experience managing $2M+ in annual program spend with strong financial rigor and ROI tracking.
- Experience leading direct reports and managing multiple high-stakes programs simultaneously.
- Strong communication, vendor management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop scalable, on-brand experiences.
