About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide practical, commercial employment law advice across a wide range of areas
  • Manage own caseload of Employment Tribunal matters from inception through to hearing
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external counsel as needed
  • Support delivery of training and upskilling for HR teams and line managers
  • Engage in wider project work, including implementing legislative changes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Qualified solicitor or barrister with experience in employment law (all PQE levels considered)
  • Strong experience of advising on a broad range of non-contentious employment matters
  • Experience managing Employment Tribunal claims
  • Ability to work independently and manage a varied caseload
  • Clear, pragmatic, and commercially focused advice
