About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide practical, commercial employment law advice across a wide range of areas
- Manage own caseload of Employment Tribunal matters from inception through to hearing

Requirements
What you’ll need- Qualified solicitor or barrister with experience in employment law (all PQE levels considered)
- Strong experience of advising on a broad range of non-contentious employment matters
- Experience managing Employment Tribunal claims
- Ability to work independently and manage a varied caseload
- Clear, pragmatic, and commercially focused advice
