About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead ongoing development and optimisation of the recruitment module in Workday.
  • Manage and improve recruiting processes, updates, and enhancements across configuration and security.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across HR and recruitment to understand user needs.
  • Support automation opportunities and reduction of off-system processes.

Requirements

What you’ll need
