About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead ongoing development and optimisation of the recruitment module in Workday.
- Manage and improve recruiting processes, updates, and enhancements across configuration and security.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across HR and recruitment to understand user needs.
- Support automation opportunities and reduction of off-system processes.
- Facilitate workshops and demonstrations for stakeholders.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience supporting or delivering HR processes, data, and systems, ideally including experience working with Workday.
- Ability to proactively identify and troubleshoot system issues.
- Highly analytical mindset with strong customer-focused approach to service delivery.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience working within complex or global organisations and navigating multiple stakeholder needs.
