About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support field efforts on retrofits, repowering, commissioning, and service repairs
Ensure tools and equipment needed during field-related efforts are operating properly
Manage Concur’s expense reporting system
Submit Field Service Reports on daily activities
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

Willingness for extensive, frequent travel – up to 90%
Must have a valid Driver’s License
Experience using basic hand tools
Basic math skills
Entry-level knowledge of mechanical systems
Entry-level knowledge of electrical systems
Strong leadership skills
Strong communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Strong customer-facing presence
Dexterity required to perform manual labor in extreme temperatures
Utility-scale solar experience (Preferred)
Utility-scale construction knowledge (Preferred)
Entry-level Microsoft Office Suite experience (Preferred)
Entry-level Salesforce experience (Preferred)
Experience with Mechanical and Electrical tools (Preferred)
OSHA 10 or Higher (Preferred)
NFPA 70E (Preferred)
