Key responsibilities & impact

Manage and develop a team of up to 10 account executives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and development to drive individual and team success.
Implement and refine sales strategies, tools, and processes to maximize efficiency.
Lead hiring efforts for team expansion, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales strategies and revenue growth.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience managing and coaching sales teams, including both AEs and BDRs.
Diligent forecasting methodologies to exceed sales targets.
Strong hiring and talent development skills to build high-performing teams and hold them accountable to sales excellence.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coaching and collaboration.
Expertise in sales strategies, pipeline management, and performance analytics.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
A belief that AI is reshaping work, you instinctively use it to accelerate everything you do.
