About the role
- Lead and inspire a team of Account Executives (AEs) and mentor Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to achieve and surpass direct sales goals
- Manage and develop a team of up to 10 account executives to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and development to drive individual and team success
- Implement and refine sales strategies, tools, and processes to maximize efficiency
- Lead hiring efforts for team expansion in 2025, ensuring alignment with company goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales strategies and revenue growth
- Analyze performance metrics and market trends to adjust strategies and achieve results
Requirements
- Proven experience managing and coaching sales teams, including both AEs and BDRs
- A track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a leadership role
- Strong hiring and talent development skills to build high-performing teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coaching and collaboration
- Expertise in sales strategies, pipeline management, and performance analytics
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
