Requirements

Drove operational excellence via process, automation, and tooling, measurably improving deployment velocity and quality.
Influenced senior cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering) to shape decisions and align efforts.
Ability to independently scope, prioritize, and execute in ambiguous, high-growth environments; expected rapid ownership and impact within 60 days.
