About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Simultaneously serving multiple emergency rooms, hospital medical floors, and psychiatric crisis programs to evaluate and treat patients in crisis
Receiving support throughout your shift by our 24/7 access center who triages cases
Directing and/or implementing psychotherapeutic treatments and prescribing medication
Utilizing a collaborative care approach within your partner’s healthcare treatment team

Requirements

What you’ll need

Board-certified or board-eligible Psychiatrist
Unrestricted, independent licensure
Established and updated CAQH and FCVS profiles
Experience providing psychiatric care to all age groups
Treating patients in acute crisis and providing stabilizing treatment in 24/7 settings
Communicating with patients from various backgrounds and providing culturally competent care
Experience working with multiple EMRs at the same time
Advanced technical proficiency, including using hardware (Laptop, camera, monitors), Windows systems, Microsoft software, and EMR software
