About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the annual events calendar and budget across all event types
Source, negotiate, and manage vendors, venues, and AV partners
Collaborate with Sales and Demand Gen on pipeline goals for each event
Manage logistics end-to-end: registration, travel, swag, and on-site operations
Track post-event ROI, attendance metrics, and pipeline influenced
Partner with Marketing on speaker prep, session topics, and follow-up
Lead event debriefs and continuously improve the event playbook

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of B2B events experience in SaaS or cloud/tech
Proven track record managing trade show presence at scale
Experience planning executive and VIP experiences end-to-end
Strong project management skills - you keep 12 balls in the air
Comfortable with event tech: CRM, landing page and registration creation, lead sharing, and other similar marketing tools
Data-driven mindset with experience tying events to pipeline outcomes
High urgency, ownership mentality, and bias for action
Occasional travel required (est. 20–30%)
