About the role

  • Generate sales pipeline by delivering quality, qualified sales opportunities to the Account Executive team
  • Identify leads who fit Arpio's Ideal Customer Profile
  • Reach out to leads promptly via various communication channels to schedule meetings
  • Qualify leads and coordinate handoff to Account Executives
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and other teams to shape BDR messaging
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and leverage sales tools to optimize workflow
  • Track and optimize key metrics including outreach volume and meetings booked

Requirements

  • Strong desire to build a client-facing career in sales, marketing, or CS
  • 3+ years of prospecting work experience in B2B SaaS
  • Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to inform, instruct, and persuade diverse audiences
