Requirements
What you’ll need- Prior experience as a Chief Compliance Officer or equivalent senior compliance leadership role within a hedge fund, private equity firm, or family office
- Deep understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks within alternative investments
- Proven track record of building and managing effective compliance programs
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in dynamic environments
