Fractional Head of Business Development – Advisor Network

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support clients across the alternative investment industry through project-based engagements
- Provide strategic, project-based leadership across growth strategy, market positioning, partnership development, and business expansion initiatives
- Identify opportunities to expand investor, client, and industry relationships
- Partner with leadership teams on go-to-market planning and growth execution
- Advise on pipeline development, competitive positioning, and business expansion strategies
Requirements
What you’ll need- Prior experience as a Head of Business Development, Investor Relations leader, or equivalent senior growth leadership role within a hedge fund, private equity firm, or family office
- Deep understanding of the alternative investment industry and institutional relationship landscape
- Proven track record of driving business growth, strategic partnerships, and market expansion initiatives
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in dynamic environments
