About the role
- Greet, assist and advise customers on the Aroma-Zone haircare range
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Participate in till operations and customer checkouts
- Contribute to store upkeep: cleanliness, restocking, merchandising
- Continuously train on the full Aroma-Zone product range
- Share product knowledge with the team
- Lead DIY (homemade) cosmetics workshops
Requirements
- Background in hairdressing
- Strong knowledge of haircare products and treatment techniques
- Ability to present technical information clearly
- Ability to identify customer needs
- Enjoys retail sales and in-store customer advising
- Autonomous and proactive with initiative
- Meticulous and quality-oriented
- High standards for cleanliness and organization
- Native or fluent French
- Good spoken English is a plus
