About the role
- Responsible for the "essential oils" department
- Greet, assist and advise customers on the Aroma-Zone range
- Advise customers on cosmetics and homemade cosmetic formulations
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Coordinate the launch of new products in your department
- Ensure the safety of goods and people in your department
- Propose and implement customer information materials and in-store activities
- Participate in store opening and closing procedures
- May represent the company to the press and media
Requirements
- Qualified Naturopath (diploma in Naturopathy)
- Strong knowledge of essential oils: properties, risks and safety precautions
- Good knowledge of aromatherapy diffusion products and diffusers
- Enjoys sales and advising customers
- Energetic and versatile
- Excellent customer relationship skills
- Self-motivated and proactive
- High standards for cleanliness and customer reception
- Native or fluent French
- Good spoken English
- Proficiency in wellness massage techniques
