About the role

  • Welcome, assist and advise customers on the Aroma-Zone range: essential oils, their properties and precautions for use, diffusion (aromatic diffusers), absolutes, dispersants, CO2 extracts, etc.
  • Advise customers on cosmetics, cosmetic kits and DIY formulations, as well as ready-to-use organic products
  • Ensure customer satisfaction: greeting, support and overall well-being
  • Coordinate new product launches in your section in collaboration with the development teams: train advisors, stage and present new products, and set up product displays
  • Ensure the safety of people and property in your area
  • Propose and implement customer information tools, in-store events and organizational tools to improve the quality of services delivered to customers
  • Take part in store opening and closing procedures
  • May be required to represent the company to the press and media and to take part in shoots, photoshoots and interviews

Requirements

  • Holder of a Naturopathy diploma
  • Expert knowledge of essential oils, absolutes and CO2 extracts, including their properties, risks and precautions for use
  • Good knowledge of aromatic diffusion products (diffusers and related accessories)
  • Enjoys sales, in-store customer advising and teamwork
  • Energetic and versatile
  • Excellent customer relations skills and a strong service orientation
  • Autonomous, proactive, rigorous and precise
  • High standards for cleanliness, organization and customer reception
  • Perfect command of French; concise and clear oral communication
  • Good spoken English
  • Proficiency in wellness massage techniques
