About the role
- Greet and assist customers, ensuring high-quality advice and their comfort
- Advise customers using your aesthetic/cosmetic expertise across the full range of Aroma-Zone products
- Participate in cash register operations (store opening and closing) and customer check-out
- Contribute to store upkeep: cleanliness, restocking shelves, and merchandising
- May be required to provide more specialized advice to customers on essential oils
- Continuously train and update your knowledge on all Aroma-Zone products
- May be asked to lead DIY cosmetics workshops
Requirements
- Diploma in aesthetics/cosmetics (CAP, BTS, or equivalent)
- Energetic and versatile
- Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
- Minimum 2 years' experience advising customers in a high-traffic retail environment
- Solid knowledge of natural cosmetics and plant extracts
- Qualification in Naturopathy is an asset
