About the role
- Welcome, assist and advise customers on the Aroma‑Zone Hair Care range
- Ensure quality of advice and customer well‑being
- Advise customers on other product ranges
- Participate in cash register operations (store opening and closing)
- Contribute to store upkeep: cleanliness and restocking shelves
- Continually train on the full Aroma‑Zone product range
- Share product knowledge with the team
- May be required to lead DIY cosmetics workshops
Requirements
- Background in hairdressing
- Strong knowledge of products and hair care techniques
- Ability to present technical information
- Ability to identify customer needs and provide tailored advice
- Enjoy retail sales and customer advisory roles
- Energetic and versatile
- Excellent customer relations skills; strong customer service orientation
- Autonomous and proactive; able to make suggestions
- Rigorous and precise, with attention to quality workmanship
- High standards for cleanliness and organization
- Fluency in spoken French; good spoken English is a plus
