About the role

  • Welcome, assist, and advise customers on the Aroma-Zone product range
  • Advise customers on cosmetics, cosmetics kits, and DIY cosmetic formulations
  • Ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Diploma or certification in Naturopathy
  • Strong knowledge of essential oils, absolutes, and CO2 extracts
  • Good knowledge of aromatherapy diffusion/diffuser products
  • Enjoy retail sales and customer advisory work
  • Energetic and versatile
  • Excellent customer relations skills and a strong service orientation
  • Autonomous, proactive, rigorous, and detail-oriented
  • High standards for cleanliness, organization, and quality of customer reception
  • Perfect command of French; concise and clear verbal communication
  • Good spoken English
  • Proficiency in wellness massage techniques
