About the role
- Greet, assist and advise customers on the Aroma-Zone range: essential oils, their properties and precautions for use
- Advise customers on cosmetics, cosmetic kits and homemade cosmetic formulations
- Ensure customer satisfaction: welcoming, guidance and well-being
- Coordinate launches of new products within your department
- Ensure the safety of goods and people in your department
- Propose and implement customer information tools and in-store events
- Participate in store opening and closing operations
- Represent the company to the press and media
Requirements
- Holder of a Naturopathy diploma
- Expertise in essential oils, absolutes and CO2 extracts
- Good knowledge of aromatic diffusion products
- Enjoys sales and in-store customer advising
- Dynamic and versatile
- Excellent customer relations and a strong service orientation
- Autonomous, proactive, rigorous and detail-oriented
- High standards for cleanliness, organization and quality of customer reception
- Fluent spoken French
- Good spoken English
- Proficient in wellness massage techniques
