About the role
- Welcome, assist and advise customers on the Aroma-Zone range: essential oils, their properties and precautions for use
- Advise customers on cosmetics, cosmetic kits and DIY cosmetic formulations, as well as ready-to-use organic products
- Ensure customer satisfaction: greeting, support and well-being
- Coordinate product launches in your department
- Ensure the safety and security of people and goods in your department
- Propose and implement customer information materials and in-store activities
- Take part in store opening and closing operations
- May be required to represent the company to the press and media
Requirements
- Degree in Naturopathy
- Expert knowledge of essential oils, absolutes and CO2 extracts, including their properties, risks and safety precautions
- Good knowledge of aromatic diffusion products
- Enjoy sales, in-store customer advising and teamwork
- Energetic and versatile
- Excellent customer relationship skills and a strong service orientation
- Independent, proactive, meticulous and precise, with pride in well-executed work
- High standards of cleanliness, organization and customer reception
- Fluent spoken French, concise and clear; good spoken English
- Proficiency in wellness massage techniques
