About the role
- Greet, assist, and advise customers on the Aroma-Zone haircare range
- Ensure high-quality advice and customer well-being
- Advise customers on other product ranges
- Assist with checkout operations and process customer payments
- Maintain cleanliness and restock shelves; handle merchandising
- Continuously train on the full Aroma-Zone product range
- Share product knowledge with the team
- Run DIY cosmetics workshops
Requirements
- Background in hairdressing
- Strong knowledge of haircare products and treatment techniques
- Ability to deliver technical explanations
- Ability to identify customer needs
- Excellent customer relations and strong customer service orientation
- Autonomous, proactive and solution-oriented
- Rigorous, detail-oriented, and committed to quality work
- Fluent in French; good spoken English is a plus
