About the role
- Greet, assist, and advise customers on the Aroma-Zone haircare range
- Ensure the quality of advice and customer wellbeing
- Advise customers on other product ranges
- Take part in cashier operations and customer checkouts
- Contribute to store life: cleanliness, restocking, merchandising
- Continuously train on the full Aroma-Zone product line
- Lead DIY cosmetics workshops (may be required)
Requirements
- Professional background in hairdressing
- Strong knowledge of haircare products and treatment techniques
- Ability to communicate technical information
- Identify customers' needs and provide appropriate recommendations
- Enjoy sales and providing in-store customer advice
- Team player
- Energetic and adaptable
- Excellent customer relationship skills
- Autonomous and proactive in proposing improvements
- Rigorous and detail-oriented
- High standards for cleanliness and organization
- Fluent in French (required)
- Good spoken English is a plus
