About the role
- Welcome and support customers, ensuring high-quality advice and a pleasant experience
- Advise customers based on your aesthetic/cosmetic expertise across the full Aroma-Zone product range
- Participate in cashier operations (store opening and closing) and process customer payments
- Contribute to store upkeep: cleanliness, restocking shelves, and merchandising
- Provide specialised advice on essential oils alongside the store’s naturopath(s)
- Continuously train on the entire Aroma-Zone product range
Requirements
- Diploma in aesthetics/cosmetics (CAP, BTS, or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer advising within a high-traffic retail environment
- Strong knowledge of natural cosmetics and botanical extracts
- Knowledge of essential oils; a naturopathy qualification is a plus
- Dynamic and versatile, with a strong service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills
