About the role
- Welcome, assist and advise customers on the Aroma-Zone product range
- Advise customers on cosmetics, cosmetic kits and homemade cosmetic formulations
- Ensure customer satisfaction: greeting, guidance and wellbeing
- Coordinate the launch of new products in your department
- Ensure the safety of people and property in your area
- Propose and implement customer information tools
- Participate in store opening and closing operations
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Naturopathy
- Strong knowledge of essential oils, absolutes and CO2 extracts
- Good knowledge of aromatic diffusion products and diffusers
- Enjoys retail sales and in-store customer advisory
- Energetic and versatile
- Autonomous, proactive and rigorous
- High standards of cleanliness
- Excellent command of French; concise and clear oral communication
- Good spoken English
- Proficiency in wellness massage techniques
