About the role
- Welcome, assist, and advise customers on the Aroma-Zone haircare range
- Ensure high-quality advice and customer well-being
- Provide recommendations on other product ranges
- Assist with cashier operations
- Contribute to store upkeep: shelf replenishment, cleanliness, and merchandising
- Continuously train on the full Aroma-Zone product line
- Share product knowledge with the team
- Lead DIY cosmetics workshops
Requirements
- Professional background in hairdressing
- Strong knowledge of haircare products and treatment techniques
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly
- Skill in identifying customer needs
- A genuine interest in retail sales and in-store customer advising
- Energetic and adaptable
- Excellent customer relations skills
- Autonomous, proactive, and able to make suggestions
- Meticulousness and attention to detail
- High standards for cleanliness and organization
- Native or fluent French
- Good spoken English is a plus
