About the role
- Welcome and assist customers, ensuring high-quality advice and a positive experience
- Advise customers using your beauty/cosmetics expertise for all Aroma-Zone products: DIY cosmetic kits and homemade formulations, ready-to-use organic products, active ingredients and essential oils
- Participate in cash register operations (store opening and closing) and customer checkouts
- Contribute to store operations: cleanliness and restocking of shelves, merchandising, store opening and closing tasks
- Provide more detailed advice to customers on essential oils, their properties and safe usage precautions when required
- Continuously train on the full Aroma-Zone product range and share knowledge with the team
- May be asked to lead DIY cosmetics workshops
Requirements
- Diploma in beauty/cosmetics (CAP, BTS or equivalent)
- Dynamic, versatile, with a strong service orientation and excellent customer contact skills
- Committed and passionate about natural and homemade products
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in retail advisory in a high-traffic store
- Strong knowledge of natural cosmetics and plant extracts
- Ideally experienced with essential oils
- Naturopathy qualification is a plus
