About the role
- Welcome, assist and advise customers on the Aroma-Zone range: essential oils, their properties and safety precautions, diffusion, absolutes, dispersants, CO2 extracts, etc.
- Advise customers on cosmetics, cosmetic kits and DIY formulations, as well as ready-to-use organic products.
- Ensure customer satisfaction: greeting, guidance and customer well-being.
- Coordinate the launch of new products in your department in collaboration with product development teams: training advisors, staging and presenting new products, and implementing shelf placements.
- Ensure the safety of people and goods in your area: prevent risky situations, manage potential conflicts, and put measures in place to limit unknown shrinkage (inventory loss).
- Propose and implement customer information tools, in-store events and organizational tools to improve service quality and facilitate store operations.
- Participate in store opening and closing procedures.
- May be required to represent the company to the press and media and to take part in shoots, photo sessions and interviews.
Requirements
- Diploma in Naturopathy
- In-depth knowledge of essential oils, absolutes and CO2 extracts, including their properties, risks and safety precautions
- Good knowledge of aromatic diffusion products (diffusers)
- Enjoys sales, in-store customer advising and working as part of a team
- Energetic and versatile
- Excellent customer relations skills and a strong service mindset
- Autonomous, proactive, rigorous and precise, with a commitment to high-quality work
- High standards of cleanliness, organization and customer reception
- Full professional command of French; clear and concise verbal communication
- Good spoken English
- Proficiency in well-being massage techniques
