About the role
- Welcome and assist customers, ensuring high-quality advice and customer well-being
- Advise customers using your aesthetics/cosmetics expertise across the full range of Aroma-Zone products
- Take part in cashier operations (store opening and closing) and handle customer payments
- Contribute to store operations: cleanliness, shelf replenishment, and merchandising
- May be required to provide more specialized advice to customers on essential oils
- Continuously train and update your knowledge on all Aroma-Zone products
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in aesthetics/cosmetics (CAP, BTS, etc.)
- Minimum 2 years' experience in retail advisory roles in high-traffic stores
- Strong knowledge of natural cosmetics and plant extracts
- Ideally experienced with essential oils
- A qualification in naturopathy is an advantage
