About the role
- Ensure the store's operational organization and day‑to‑day follow-up
- Ensure customer satisfaction and support the teams
- Oversee and manage all store activities
- Ensure full customer satisfaction
- Maintain a strong on‑floor presence in the store
- Lead, organize and motivate teams
- Continuously train staff on concepts and products
- Ensure mastery of and compliance with procedures
- Manage store, workshop, cash desk and stock teams
- Ensure correct opening and closing of cash registers
Requirements
- Commercial/business education
- 3 to 5 years' retail experience in a high‑traffic environment
- Knowledge of cosmetic and/or organic products
- Fluent in written and spoken French
- Good spoken English
- Proficient with office software (Microsoft Office) and POS systems (ideally Cegid)
- Hands‑on approach with a strong sense of service and commercial awareness
- Ability to manage busy periods and handle stressful situations
- Excellent customer relations skills; pedagogical and service‑oriented
- Team player with proven managerial abilities
- Able to work autonomously, demonstrate diplomacy and prioritize tasks
- Versatile, dynamic, hands‑on and business‑oriented
