Communications

• Supporting the Head of International Communication and Brand Image, you will help promote the brand internationally across five main areas:
• Logistics & Operational Support
• Prepare and ship products to influencers and partners.
• Assist in preparing gift bags and kits for events.
• Track shipments and manage inventory for campaigns and events.
• Influencer & VIP Relations
• Identify talents (KOLs, VIPs, celebrities) across different markets.
• Support the implementation of global and local influencer campaigns.
• Events
• Assist with the logistical organization of international events (press days, VIP dinners, pop-ups).
• Content & Image
• Help produce content (research inspiration, create moodboards, coordinate photoshoots).
• Monitor aesthetic trends (photography, video, Reels, fashion, luxury, etc.).
• Coordination & Monitoring
• Support the adaptation of communication materials for different markets.
• Track and update management tools (schedules, tracking spreadsheets).
• Conduct benchmarks and contribute to the analysis of campaign results and KPIs.
