About the role
- Greet, assist and advise customers on the Aroma-Zone product range
- Provide guidance to customers on cosmetics and organic products
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Coordinate new product launches
- Ensure the security of merchandise and the safety of customers and staff
- Develop and propose informational materials and in-store activities for customers
- Participate in daily opening and closing procedures for the store
- Represent the company to the press and media when required
Requirements
- Holder of a diploma in Naturopathy
- Strong knowledge of essential oils, absolutes and CO2 extracts
- Good knowledge of aroma diffusers and related diffusion products
- Enjoy retail sales and advising customers in-store
- Energetic and versatile
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Autonomous, proactive, rigorous and detail-oriented
- High standards for cleanliness and quality of customer welcome
- Native-level French and good spoken English
- Proficient in wellness massage techniques
