About the role
- Be responsible for maintaining the commercial momentum set by the regional manager
- Monitor and grow sales within your district of stores
- Ensure achievement of quantitative and qualitative objectives and implement action plans
- Lead, develop and motivate your district’s field teams
- Coordinate sales force activities to optimize results
- Serve as the interface between field teams and regional managers
- Maintain a strong in-store presence; when needed, welcome, advise and process customer transactions
- Manage team HR contracts and staffing changes
- Oversee onboarding of new employees
- Ensure proper implementation at point of sale of communicated HR rules and procedures
Requirements
- Business education/background
- 5 to 7 years of team management experience in the retail sector
- At least 5 years as a manager of a high-traffic store
- Knowledge of cosmetics and/or organic products is a plus
- Strong understanding of retail operations: customer advising, reporting, performance indicators, inventory management
- Proficient with office software (Microsoft Office) and POS systems (ideally Cegid)
- Good level of English
- Weekly travel across your district required
- Saturday work required
