About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve growth targets
- Identify new opportunities and optimize market positioning
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team
- Build strong relationships with clinicians, customers, and key stakeholders
- Partner cross-functionally with marketing and product teams
- Represent AROA at industry events and conferences
- Monitor performance, report on results, and drive continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and uphold ethical standards
- Lead by example through regular field engagement, providing coaching and strategic support to the sales team in operating room and clinical settings
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years’ sales experience in the medical device industry
- At least 2 years in a leadership or management role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading successful teams
- Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape and regulatory environment
- Inspiring leader who can motivate and develop high-performing teams
- Strong collaborator with excellent stakeholder management skills
- Data-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Customer-focused with a passion for delivering better patient outcomes
