About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Supporting commercial processes across the sales lifecycle, including onboarding, contracts, distributor support, and order-to-cash activities
- Coordinating with Sales, Customer Services & Distribution, Finance, and external distributor partners to keep operations moving smoothly
- Helping troubleshoot operational issues and finding practical solutions
- Maintaining accurate information across systems including Salesforce and ERP platforms
- Supporting process improvements, system updates, and rollout of new tools or workflows
- Creating and maintaining process documentation and standard operating procedures
- Assisting Finance with commission verification activities related to distributor operations
- Supporting operational readiness for projects like new product launches or system changes
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in an operations, commercial support, or coordination role
- Experience working with ERP systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Adaptable and resourceful
- Experience working with hospitals, healthcare systems, or healthcare operations (nice to have)
- Salesforce experience (nice to have)
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field (nice to have)
