About the role

  • Identify high-potential clients with large marketing and media budgets (e.g. Fortune 500, VC-backed growth companies, major B2B brands)
  • Research target accounts and precisely identify key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Build, structure and manage lead lists using tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM systems
  • Send high volumes of targeted outbound emails every day, combining personalized 1:1 outreach with smart automation
  • Follow a proven outreach playbook while contributing your own insight and ideas to improve it
  • Qualify leads, book discovery calls and hand over opportunities to the founders/sales team
  • Collaborate closely with the founders and sales team to optimize lead quality, conversion rates and pipeline performance
  • Track activity and pipeline metrics with discipline and continuously improve based on data

Requirements

  • 2–5+ years of experience in a BDR/SDR or similar outbound sales role
  • Proven track record of high-volume outbound email outreach to senior decision-makers
  • Strong understanding of the marketing and media landscape – or the ability to quickly identify brands with marketing budgets
  • Experience working with tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold email platforms and CRM systems
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
  • Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to identify the proper accounts and contacts
  • Self-driven, structured and comfortable working towards clear activity and pipeline targets
