About the role
- Manage the entire sales cycle – from prospecting to closing deals
- Engage with decision-makers across startups and tech-driven businesses
- Identify, prioritize, and develop new business opportunities***(approx. 50% outbound prospecting, 50% inbound leads)*
- Conduct digital and in-person client meetings and demos
- Represent Lightbringer at industry fairs, conferences, and tech events
- Build and manage a structured sales pipeline to reach and exceed targets
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and IP experts to create tailored offers
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience
- At least 3 years of experience selling SaaS solutions
- Proven ability to independently manage the full sales cycle
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Fluent in Swedish and English, spoken and written
- Willingness to travel within Sweden and, over time, across the Nordics
