About the role
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers managing their day-to-day LTL shipments.
- Manage and track daily LTL shipments to ensure on-time pickup and delivery.
- Resolve shipment issues, including delays, claims, and billing discrepancies.
- Identify opportunities to expand services and increase wallet share with existing customers.
- Monitor KPIs such as on-time delivery, cost per shipment, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and eliminate inefficiencies.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in LTL transportation, freight brokerage, or logistics account management.
- Proven track record of customer relationship management and sales growth.
